Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time (including the day before or day of) will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total.
No call / no show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
Multiple appointment reminders and confirmations are sent via text and email beginning 72 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellation and no-show fees are not deposits, not transferable, and non-refundable.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment or result in loss of online booking privileges.
